The file must be readable and must not be corrupted, password-protected, or encrypted. Render quality depends on the uploaded plan. Once payment is completed and generation begins, the submitted file cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled because of an unclear or incorrect upload.
The generated image is an AI-created realistic visualization intended to closely follow your uploaded floor plan. It is not a construction-ready architectural or engineering model.
