Digital Product Scope
Homedraft provides digital AI Concept Floor Plan PDFs and realistic 3D floor-plan render PNGs. Since both services involve digital generation work, refund eligibility depends on payment, generation, and delivery status.
Cancellations Before Payment
You may stop or abandon an order before payment confirmation. Failed, expired, cancelled, or superseded checkouts may require a fresh order if you want to continue later.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases where the issue is caused by payment or delivery failure rather than a change of mind after generation.
- Duplicate charge: If the same order is charged more than once, the duplicate successful charge may be refunded after verification.
- Payment failure: If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, we will verify the payment status and coordinate a refund or order confirmation as applicable.
- Non-delivery: If the paid concept plan is not delivered because of an issue on Homedraft's side, we may regenerate, redeliver, or refund after review.

Once a concept plan has been generated or delivered, the order is normally non-refundable because digital work has already been performed.
- Change of mind: Refunds are not normally issued if you change your mind after payment or after receiving the concept plan.
- Input quality: Refunds are not normally issued for unsuitable output caused by incomplete or incorrect requirements, or by an unclear, incorrect, or unsuitable floor-plan upload. Render uploads cannot be changed after payment and generation begins.
- Concept limitation: The service is a concept-only digital layout and is not final architectural, structural, approval, or construction documentation.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated after verification. Once live payments are enabled, final credit timelines may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet used for payment.
