• Brand name: References to Homedraft on this website mean the digital floor-plan service operated under the legal business name above.

Services We Provide

Homedraft provides AI-generated concept floor plans based on submitted requirements and AI-created realistic 3D visualizations based on one uploaded floor-plan page. Concept plans are delivered as PDF attachments and 3D renders as PNG attachments by email.

• Separate engagements: Architect refinement, full design work, approvals, estimates, and construction services are separate services and are not included unless agreed in writing.
• Service availability: We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the website or services as our offering evolves.

Concept-Only Disclaimer

The AI floor plan is for concept exploration only. It is not final architectural, structural, civil, permit, Vastu, safety, or construction-ready documentation.

• Professional review required: You must consult qualified architects, engineers, and local authorities before making construction, approval, budgeting, or safety decisions.
• No site verification: AI outputs do not replace site measurement, soil assessment, municipal checks, structural design, or other professional due diligence.

3D Render Disclaimer

The 3D render is an AI-created visualization intended to closely follow the visible uploaded plan. It is not an editable 3D model, CAD, BIM, architectural, engineering, approval, or construction-ready document.

• Generative limitation: AI image generation cannot guarantee mathematical or construction-level accuracy, exact text reproduction, or perfect preservation of every detail.
• Source quality: You are responsible for uploading one clear, correct, readable, single-page file. Unclear or incorrect uploads can reduce render quality.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate name, email, phone, city, plot details, and requirements. Homedraft is not responsible for poor or unsuitable output caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

• Lawful use: You must not misuse the website, submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt our systems, impersonate others, or infringe third-party rights.
• Input rights: You confirm that you have the right to share any information, notes, or materials you provide to Homedraft.

Orders, Payments, and Delivery

Prices are shown before payment. Delivery is digital, usually by verified email after payment confirmation.

• Payment providers: Payment may be handled by third-party payment providers when live payments are enabled, and their own terms may apply. The payment merchant/legal name may appear as Krishna Navneet Rathi.
• Inactive checkouts: Failed, expired, cancelled, or superseded checkouts may require you to create a new order.

Once concept-plan or 3D-render generation begins, the order is normally non-refundable because digital work has already been performed. A render upload cannot be replaced after payment and generation begins.

• Eligible cases: Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, failed payment errors, or non-delivery caused by Homedraft.
• Refund requests: Send refund requests to our contact email with your name, email, phone number, order details, and payment reference.
• Processing timelines: Once live payments are enabled, refund timelines may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card network.

Intellectual Property

Homedraft's website branding, user interface, text, service materials, and visual systems belong to Homedraft or its licensors.

• Customer use: You may use the delivered concept plan for personal project discussion, planning, and consultation.
• Restricted use: You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or claim Homedraft-generated materials as your own commercial product without written permission.

Third-Party Services

The website may rely on email, hosting, analytics, payment, communication, or other third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to their services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homedraft is not liable for construction losses, approval rejection, structural issues, code violations, site conditions, or professional decisions made from a concept output.
